Human Resource Audits

Naiman Clarke is able to conduct a review and analysis of your firm's current HR practices, policies and procedures. This information can then be used to provide the partnership with recommendations that address problem areas identified during the audit.

Audits can be as comprehensive as you choose. A comprehensive report covering major findings is provided at the conclusion of the audit with recommended remedial and corrective actions. You can then choose to implement these yourself or utilise our consultants.

Training

While law firms tend to be proficient in providing their employees with opportunities to develop their professional knowledge and skills many do not have the ability to train their professional staff in the skills of business development. Senior practitioners must develop these skills as part of their progression through to partnership.

Our training philosophy is to build real, immediately useful skills, not just pass on information. We have developed a specialised business development course for members of the legal profession which covers all aspects of the sales process including finding prospects, coming to terms with sales resistance and overcoming objections.
