Human Resource Audits
Naiman Clarke is able to conduct a review and analysis of your firm's current HR practices, policies and procedures. This information can then be used to provide the partnership with recommendations that address problem areas identified during the audit.
Audits can be as comprehensive as you choose. A comprehensive report covering major findings is provided at the conclusion of the audit with recommended remedial and corrective actions. You can then choose to implement these yourself or utilise our consultants.
