They are currently experiencing high volume growth and success and therefore require an experienced and hard working Law Clerk to join their Leasing/Property in the Melbourne office.

The Retail Leasing Law Clerk role involves extensive client liaison, autonomous preparation of leasing and ancillary documentation and managing a high volume of files.  Being an autonomous role, you will run your own files, manage all your clients and have the chance to really shine.

To succeed in this role you will need 2-3 years experience in retail leasing, the ability to prioritise and manage high volumes of work, the ability to work under pressure, time management skills, excellent communication and customer service skills and the knowledge of relevant retail leasing legislation. Knowledge of ASIC Company Search and GXS Legal Service would be ideal.
