This role will involve joining the commercial litigation and dispute resolution team, headed by the office\'s Partner in charge, one of Darwin\'s leading lawyers. You will be acting for corporate, institutional and government clients as well as company administrators and liquidators in large and complex litigation matters.

To be considered for this role you must have excellent academics as well as a minimum of 6 years post-qualification experience in commercial litigation, ideally gained from a top-tier or highly-regarded mid-tier firm. Since you will have considerable autonomy in the role, in order to be successful you must be a real self-starter with superb client skills and a desire to take responsibility. First-class drafting, case management and negotiation skills are a must.
