The Corporate practice continues to expand as industry demand for services remains high and as such, an excellent opportunity exists for a talented Senior Associate to join its Sydney team.

This is an outstanding role for an experienced Senior Associate to work alongside high-calibre, friendly lawyers on a quality and challenging range of public mergers and acquisitions for their diverse and high-profile clientele. Specifically, the successful candidate will be involved in regulated M&A matters including schemes of arrangement and takeovers, IPOs and private equity transactions. As a senior member of this team you will also be encouraged to mentor the junior team members.

As the ideal candidate, you will be a Senior Associate with 7-8 years PQE including substantial exposure to corporate matters gained from a reputable law firm. Specifically, you will have strong knowledge and experience in public M&A matters, schemes of arrangements and takeovers. You will also possess strong technical and drafting skills and display a commitment to delivering quality client service and developing strong relationships with clients. As a senior member of this team you will also have strong leaderships skills and effective communication skills.
