The firm is currently seeking a competent lawyer who is highly capable and enthusiastic about finance law.  The successful candidate will strive to progress and professionally develop within the firm, working alongside some of its most esteemed partners. As part of this role, you will be given a range of challenging and interesting corporate finance matters to manage. It is imperative that you are technically sound in order to provide sound legal advice to your clients. A desire to progress through the ranks is essential. In Order to be Considered:

The successful candidate must have:
•  4 - 7 years post admission experience in Finance Law with a strong background in Corporate Finance
• Sound Academics
• Excellent drafting and technical skills
• A good sense of time management and the capability to meet deadlines
• The ability to build and maintain strong client relationships; and
• Strong client focus.
