At present, a fantastic opportunity awaits a driven and experienced Financial Services Lawyer to excel their career with this firm's comprehensive Funds Management practice within their Sydney CBD office!

This quality role will see you involved in a wide span of funds management matters including but not limited to: fund formation; funds-related mergers and acquisitions; structuring; capital raisings; facilitating asset acquisitions; as well as, work-outs, insolvency mater and investments for funds. You will also provide strategic advice in respect to key issues and risks on product development and capital raisings.

Ideally you will be a Financial Services Lawyer who possesses:

•     2-3 years PQE
•     Considerable general funds management experience
•     Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills
•     A team player approach; and
•     The ability to maintain and develop enduring relationships with clients

Any custody experience will also be considered favourable; however, this is not essential to the role.
